GENERAL PROVISIONS
These General Conditions of Participation govern the relationship between the
Organizer, the
Client and the
Participant.
PRODUCTWORLD 2027: European Product Management Conference, abbreviated
PRODUCTWORLD,
PWE27 or
PWE (hereinafter: the Event) is a professional business conference organized to facilitate the gathering, exchange, and sharing of information, knowledge, experiences, and achievements within the fields of: (1) product management, product marketing, product strategy, product design, (2) information technology & services, (3) telecommunications, (4) banking & fintech, (5) project management, and business in general (hereinafter: Event).
THE ORGANIZER
K Training Consulting International, abbreviated "KTC International" (hereinafter: the Organizer) is a limited liability company with its registered office at Nádor utca 53, 1161 Budapest, Hungary, EU. Established in 2003, the company is in good standing and registered under EU VAT number: HU21571499.
THE CLIENT
The Client is the legal entity that remits the registration fee to facilitate event attendance on behalf of the Participants.
PARTICIPANTS
Participants refer to natural persons for whom the registration fee has been paid in full, as well as exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, media patrons, accredited media representatives, journalists, and other invited guests.
1. REGISTRATION
The registration represents a legally binding sales contract between the Organizer and the Client, mutually accepted and concluded in good faith.
Registration for the Event is completed by submitting the online registration form on this website or by emailing
register@productworld.eu. Regardless of the registration method selected, the following mandatory information must be provided: the full name of the participant and the complete corporate details of the registering legal entity (company name, physical address, EU VAT number, telephone number, and email address). Data protection protocols and policies are detailed under Section 7.
2. FEES:
The per-person registration fee covers event admission based on the selected ticket option, program materials, and conference refreshments (lunch, drinks, and coffee break snacks). Lodging is not included. However, registered attendees will receive a unique booking code to access discounted room rates at the venue and other hotels in Opatija. Final fees vary depending on the registration date and the total number of attendees, as detailed on the official event website.:

3. INVOICING AND PAYMENT TERMS:
Upon registration, an electronic invoice will be emailed to the address provided. Payment is due within five (5) business days of the invoice date.
Full payment of the registration fee is required for event admission, and registrations are considered finalized only after payment is received. The Organizer reserves the right to reject registrations if payment is overdue. Because the Organizer is an international entity, local VAT does not apply. All listed fees are final, expressed in euros (€), and must be paid in euros (€). Invoices are processed under the reverse-charge mechanism.
4. ACCREDITATION PASS:
Attendees will receive a printed badge and lanyard during onsite registration on Day 1. Badges are strictly non-transferable and valid only for the named individual. Unauthorized badge sharing is prohibited; violations will result in badge confiscation and removal from the event. Valid accreditation is required to access all conference areas.
5. PARTICIPATION:
The Organizer reserves the right to modify the program content, date, and venue of the event, or to cancel the event entirely due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. If a cancellation occurs under these conditions, attendees are not entitled to a full or partial refund, or alternative financial offers. Registrations automatically transfer to the rescheduled date. Attendees waive all rights to claim compensation for travel expenses or associated financial losses from the Organizer. If the event is permanently canceled without postponement or consolidation, the Client will receive a credit voucher for the paid registration fee amount, valid for two (2) years toward any event hosted by the Organizer. Attendance may be transferred to another individual within the same organization free of charge, provided the Organizer receives written notification. By registering, consent is given for the Organizer to use names, company logos, photos, and video recordings for promotional purposes without compensation. The Organizer is not liable for the loss of or damage to personal property at the venue.
6. CANCELLATION / REPLACEMENT OF PARTICIPATION:
In the event of a registration cancellation for any reason, the Participant must notify the Organizer in writing prior to the start of the event. Provided the registration fee has been paid in full, two options are available:
Cancellation with Replacement: Attendance may be transferred to a colleague free of charge.
Cancellation without Replacement: The Client will receive a credit voucher for the amount paid, valid for any future event.
Cancellation without replacement requested ten (10) days or fewer prior to the start of the event is subject to an administrative fee equal to 20% of the paid registration fee. In the event of a no-show, a credit voucher will not be issued. No refunds, partial refunds, or alternative accommodations will be provided.
7. USE AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA:
The Organizer acts as the data controller for all personal data collected through the registration process or event operations. Personal data is stored securely and processed exclusively in accordance with applicable data protection laws for the purposes for which it was obtained. Data will not be disclosed to third parties without authorization.
8. GDPR APPLICATION AND COMPLIANCE:
These general terms and conditions, along with data handling protocols, conform entirely to the statutory provisions and legal frameworks established under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
