The general conditions of participation are the rules governing the relations between the Organizer and the Participant(s).

PRODUCTWORLD 2023: European Product Management Conference, abbreviated "PRODUCTWORLD" is a business conference event organized with the purpose of gathering, exchanging and sharing information, knowledge, experiences and achievements in the fields of (1) product management, product marketing, product strategy, product design, (2) information technology & services, (3) telecommunications, (4) banking & fintech, (5) project management, and business in general (hereinafter: Event).

THE ORGANIZER KTC International is a limited liability company with registered office at: 1161 Nádor utca 53, in Budapest, Hungary, EU is the organizer of the Event (hereinafter: the Organizer). The company was registered in 2003, is in good standing and registered with the EU VAT number: HU21571499.

PARTICIPANTS are persons who have paid the registration fee in full, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, media patrons, accredited media representatives, journalists and other guests (hereinafter: Participants).

The registration represents a legally binding sales contract between the Organizer and the Participant, mutually accepted and concluded in good faith.

During registration using either of the specified methods, the following information must be entered:
Name and surname of the participant, and information about the Legal Entity registering for the Event: company name, address, EU VAT No., telephone number, e-mail. All information is mandatory. You can find a more detailed explanation on the protection of personal data under point 6.

2. FEES:
The price for the Event is per person and includes two (2) days participation, as per selected ticket option; and is inclusive of lunch and drinks, refreshments and snacks during coffee breaks, and all program materials. Accommodation is not included in the fee. Participants have an option to book hotel room(s) at the venue with a discount, using a unique booking code. The code will be sent to each participant, following the receipt of their registration. The amount of the registration fee depends on the date of registration and number of participants, according to the prices advertised on the official Event’s website:

After receiving the registration, the Participant will receive an invoice to the same e-mail address from which the Organizer received the registration. Payment deadline is 5 (five) working days from the date of issuing an invoice. Paid registration fee is the basic precondition for participation. Registration is final after receipt of payment. The organizer reserves the right to reject the registration if the payment is not received on time. The organizer is a foreign company, therefore it does not charge Croatian VAT. All prices are total and final registration fees and are expressed in euros (€). All payments must be made in euros (€). All invoices are issued with the reverse charge note.

Printed accreditation pass and lanyard is handed to each participant during the onsite registration, on Day 1 of the conference. Accreditation pass is valid only for the person whose name is displayed on it. Unauthorized use of accreditation pass is prohibited. If someone uses the accreditation pass without authorization, it will be taken away from them and the person will be removed from the Event. Entry into any area of the Event without authorized accreditation pass is not possible.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the program content, date and venue of the Event. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event in case of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure (such as the Covid19 pandemic).

If the cancellation was due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, the participant is not entitled to a refund of the amount paid, a partial refund of the amount paid, or an alternative offer. Registration of participation is valid for the new date automatically. The Participant understands and accepts these circumstances and will not seek compensation for travel expenses or any losses from the Organizer.

In the event that the Organizer permanently cancels the event, for any reason (including force majeure) and provided that the event has not been postponed to a later date, nor is it combined with another event, the Participant will receive a credit "voucher" for the amount of the registration fee paid. Such "voucher" is valid for up to 2 (two) years and can be used for any other event organized by the Organizer. The participant can transfer the participation to another person from the same company free of charge, of which they are obliged to inform the Organizer in writing.

By registering for the Event, the Participant gives explicit consent that the Organizer can use the content, products, photos and other visuals, video, and logo of the Participant's company for promotional purposes of the Event and other conferences, seminars and events organized by the Organizer. The Participant understands and accepts that they have no right to claim compensation, honorarium or any kind of financial reward from the Organizer for appearing in the promotional video of the Event.

The organizer is not responsible for personal belongings loss or damage of items owned by the Participant.

The officer of the collection of personal data collected as part of registration to the Event or in some other way as part of the Event is the Organizer, who undertakes to carefully store all personal data specified in the registration form and to use it in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act for the purpose for which such data was obtained and will not share it with third parties.

These general conditions are formulated in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

By default – NO, as we believe such practice would leave the delegate with the feeling of incompleteness. The conference program is designed as a logical whole.

Nevertheless, in case of an emergency (sickness, urgent business matter or other) the substitution may be allowed on a case-by-case basis.
